decent stay, some minor issues
great location friendly staff quiet room small room missing coffee maker missing toilet brush
i really enjoyed the location. it made getting around quite easy. the staff at the front desk was super friendly. they found me a quiet room. it had a nice view.
the room i had was very small. there wasn't really a place to unpack properly. also, there wasn't a coffee maker in the room. there was no toilet brush, which i found odd

The location was very convenient for exploring, we walked everywhere. the shower was spacious. and modern. the room had great views of the city. It reminded me of a romantic getaway.
The room felt small. There was limited space for luggage. the service in the morning took longer than expected, there was a wait. and the cleanliness could have been better, i noticed dust.

superb location and friendly staff
friendly staff perfect location fresh water
I found the staff friendly and helpful. they always had smiles and provided prompt assistance with any questions i had. the hotel's location was also perfect. It was easy to access various attractions. plus, the room had fresh water bottles, which i really appreciated.
the frosted glass in the bathroom provided minimal privacy, a bit inconvenient. i think a more private door would improve the bathroom's functionality.

the room had a clothing steamer and a good powerful hair dryer, i found these very useful. it was well-kept and clean, a big plus for me, very comfortable!!!

The gym operates 24/7. This allows flexible workout times. there were two bars and a breakfast cafe, this gave many options for drinks and meals. the rooftop bar provided excellent views.

convenient location rooftop bar tasty fries unclear fee slow elevators missing closet
the location is very convenient, with easy access to many attractions. the rooms have a modern vibe and i found mine very clean. the rooftop bar offered great mini martinis during happy hour and the truffle fries were tasty.
the resort fee felt unclear and i had difficulty understanding how to use it at the bars. the elevators were quite slow, and it seemed like some were out of service at times. i found no closet in my room, just some hooks, and i would have preferred a proper closet.

great location friendly staff free coffee small rooms resort fee incorrect charge
The location was amazing! it was so easy to get around the city from here. the staff was really friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile. i really enjoyed the lounge area on the 2nd floor. It had a great atmosphere. free coffee was a definite bonus. I loved starting my day with it.
the rooms were quite small, i barely had space for my luggage! there was a resort fee, but the credit they give you is much less. i was charged for a water bottle i didn't take. it was a bit frustrating to have to deal with that on checkout.

great view perfect location personalized touches comfy bed
The room offered a great view of the cityscape I found it very beautiful. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions as it was close to many key sites. The bed was super comfy.
The absence of a mini fridge was a slight inconvenience as it would have been useful for storing drinks and snacks
